• Organisation name and details provided during onboarding
• Usage data relating to how you interact with the OSHE platform
• Site sign-in data including worker and visitor logs
• Incident reports, hazard records, and other H&S data you enter into the platform

• To provide and improve the OSHE software and HARM consulting services
• To communicate with you about your account, your trial, or your engagement with us

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the platform, such as hosting and payment providers. These providers are bound by their own privacy obligations.

Your data is stored securely. We take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. OSHE is hosted on New Zealand and Australian infrastructure.

Your rights
