She built HARM to give organisations access to straight, practical H&S advice without the jargon, and co-founded OSHE to put the right tools in the hands of the people actually doing the work. She leads HARM consulting personally and is available for 1:1 sessions with business owners who want honest, expert eyes on their setup.
